I've been a bad blogger lately. Mainly due to a combination of working, and Thomas.

Thomas?

Yes! Number three child arrived safely and happily at 5:09am on September 19, 2011. He was a modest 8.1lbs and 20 inches long.

We had been anxiously waiting for our new friend to arrive, and 9 months worth of waiting can be harder than one thinks. But now that our boy is here, I am overwhelmed, as I was with our other two, wondering what awaits us.

He looks up at me with his big dark eyes, with that penetrating stare, issuing a challenge.

Hope I don't let him down. Never having known my father, I understand what I have to do for him and my other kiddies.

I'm up for it.

I met someone at Starbucks yesterday, gave them my card, and they said to me "Do you shoot weddings too?"

"Why, yes I do!"

"Do you have a portfolio?"

"Yep. Right there on the website."

"I'll call you tomorrow and we'll talk some more."

Well they did call, and now I am booked for their wedding next year.

The moral of the story? It's not hard to book me for your wedding, and it's not too early to book for 2012.

If so, beware of boring old-fashioned senior pics that your children will hate for years to come. I take cool senior pics like this

Pics that your kids won't be embarrassed to show their friends. Let your kids be themselves, because when you allow them to be themselves, they open up to the camera and their spirit shows through. And that's what you really want to show the relations, right?
